First check that your data is enabled in the settings. Next, toggle Wifi to 'off'. The phone will sometimes get 'confused' about which source to use if they are both enabled at the same time.

Are you using either Chrome or Firefox? This isn't uncommon - and you probably don't have a virus. Clear data in your settings for the browser you are using (Settings/Apps/System Apps *if needed*/click item/storage/CLEAR DATA)

Your phone is probably (hopefully) just dirty. Check the various openings on your phone to see if they are clogged with lint, dirt, dust, etc. It is safe to clean those areas of your phone with an alchohol wipe as long as the wipe is not dripping wet and the phone is turned off.

Most likely your phone has been switched into High Contrast Mode or Negative Mode. Check Accessibility menu and toggle the settings to return screen to standard mode.

As hard as it may sound, you're going to have to *gulp* delete some stuff from your phone. Plain and simple, your storage really is most likely full. Start uninstalling any unnecessary apps that you haven't used in a long time. Also consider removing any older photos and videos that you've already posted to your social media pages or that you don't think you'll be needing anymore. Depending on the phone you have, you can also consider installing a secondary memory card or upgrading your existing one to something with more space.

This one is a bit more tricky. Plainly put, you should check out our STORE LOCATOR and visit your nearest TalkTime Store location asap.

Not all cameras are created equal, but most of them are pretty darn good. Check the settings on your camera and make sure you have the highest possible resolution selected. Also, try using AUTO mode if you aren't super camera savvy; generally, the AUTO mode will do a great job!

The first thing and easiest thing to check is the cable. If you have another one at home, give it a try - and if you don't, please don't hesitate to visit your nearest TalkTime Store location and try one of ours. If the cable isn't the issue, we'll check the charging port for damage. And finally, if the cable and charge port both seem good, we'll have to check the battery. Please note, not all phones have replaceable batteries.

Phones are funny that way. With all the many software and firmware updates, plus all the uploading and downloading, plugging them into this and that...over time, much like your home computer if you have one, they just get 'buggy'. Many of these issues can be resolved by doing a FACTORY RESET. This is not something you'll want to take lightly. Everything on your phone will be erased from the device during the factory reset. If you think you're at the point where this is your next possible step, please visit your local TalkTime Store location and let us assist you with this process!
