GENERAL WARRANTY POLICY
All items purchased at TalkTime Store are covered by the manufacturers' warranties. Please visit the manufacturers' websites for specific information. Though we are happy to assist you as much as possible, remedies will be limited to and defined by the specific warranty details for each manufacturer. The only exceptions would be for products covered by the TalkTime Lifetime Warranty.
TALKTIME LIFETIME WARRANTY
The TalkTime Lifetime warranty protects qualifying non-battery powered accessories against any type of "manufacturer defect". Lifetime Warranty on qualifying accessories is limited to the lifetime of the handset related to the accessories. Once a handset is 'End of Life', warranty of the accessories expires. Battery powered, licensed and branded accessories are expressly excluded from the TalkTime Lifetime Warranty program.

• Newly Activated Carrier Handsets on Newly Opened Accounts can be returned within 7 days or 60 minutes of usage. Must be in LIKE NEW CONDITION
• Carrier Handset Upgrades on Existing Accounts cannot be returned. Please contact MetroPCS Directly for assistance with upgraded phones on previously existing accounts.
• Protective Accessory items including Cases and Screen protectors are not eligible for return.
• Battery powered Ear-Buds and Bluetooth headsets can be returned within 30 days if they are UNUSED and UNOPENED. Opened or used items will not be accepted for return.
• For all other item types, please ask you TalkTime Store MetroPCS Sales Representative before you make the purchase.
